Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications.

Post-wise Eligibility Conditions:

  1. Joint Adviser: Level 13

Govt. Officers of the Central or State or Union Territories or Universities any Other Orgenigetion-

(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

or

(ii) With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in l~vel-12 in the pay matrix (Rs.78,800- 2,09,200) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

 

Essential experience

Minimum ten years’ experience (which shall include up to three years for Ph.D provided no work experience is counted during those three years) in formulation, appraisal, execution or implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects.

  1. Deputy Adviser: Level 12

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;

or

(ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in level-11 in the pay matrix (Rs.67, 700-2,08, 700) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Essential experience

Minimum eight years’ experience (which shall include up to three years for Ph.D provided no work experience is counted during those three years) in the formulation, appraisal, execution or implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects.
